It is with great pride that we share the news of our student, Anoushka Jolly who was honoured with the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar, 2023 for ‘Social service’ by the Hon’ble President of India last evening.

Anoushka was bestowed with the award for her efforts in developing an app named ‘Anti-Bullying Squad Kavach’ which provides mental health counselling to students and developed educational online videos dealing with bullying and cyber bullying.

The app allows students and parents to report incidents of bullying anonymously, giving opportunity to schools and counsellors to tactfully intervene and take action. Anoushka wants to build a strong network of anti-bullying ambassadors, who will track the progress of those impacted directly or indirectly through the platform and application.
