At Pathways School Gurgaon, we celebrated the International Women’s Day (IWD) through a series of week long #BreakTheBias reflections. We also captured the VOICE of staff and support staff regarding their views on the subject, we asked them specific questions/statements and gathered their responses, it was heart warming to hear their responses, the confidence, maturity and pride  of being with PSG reflected when they spoke. The PSG community came dressed up wearing the three colors viz. Purple for Justice and Dignity, Green for Hope and White for Purity. Lastly we doted our staff with a chocolate jar to mark the occasion.
